Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The Server Dawn Manor role delivers a high-quality dining experience through attentive, personalized service at our off-site restaurant, contributing to guest satisfaction and smooth service flow.

You will greet guests, take and enter orders into the POS system, explain menus and allergens, and maintain an assigned section in a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in upscale or high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards preferred.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and check presentation.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain assigned section, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and verify identification as required.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure service flow.
• Participating in side work, opening, and closing duties.
• Uphold company service standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
