The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 35 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Motivated and results-driven.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information about menu items using knowledge of food and culinary terminology.
• Leverages knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and service procedures.
• Interacts with the public and handles multiple duties simultaneously.
• Participates in daily pre-shift meetings and adheres to POS procedures.
• Follows schedule procedures, punches in/out, and coordinates time off with management.
