• Follows all steps of service.
• Knows descriptions and ingredients of all menu items.
• Knows wines by the glass and in varying price ranges.
• Knows drinks names, ingredients, preparation method, and garnishes.
• Sells menu items to increase overall sales.
• Serves beverages and food cheerfully and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean, orderly restaurant service area.
• Provides prompt, accurate report of all income received during shift.
• Follow all proper sanitation guidelines.
