Arnie's Restaurant at Blue Bell Country Club is seeking a qualified individual for an upscale hospitality role. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for outstanding service.

This is a full-time position with benefits; must be flexible to work all shifts. The club operates Tuesday through Sunday and offers a commission on sales in addition to hourly wages.

Responsibilities

• Attends and participates in all training sessions and team meetings.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others while listening and responding appropriately.
• Greet guests with a warm smile to make them feel welcome.
• Take guest orders while being polite, friendly, and helpful to members.
• Suggest substitutions, wine pairings, sides, etc.
• Confirm orders to the assigned section and tables.
• Replenish drinks and provide coffee/dessert services in a timely manner.
• Cater to members’ requests and needs to ensure superior service.
• Perform general cleanup (busing plates, glassware, silverware).
• Follow instructions and company policies while maintaining high conduct standards.
• Notify management of problems or concerns.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager.
