Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in upscale, high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to lead staff and meet financial targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid knowledge of inventory, cost control, and guest relations.
• Passion for delivering a 5-star dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and finances.
• Lead by example to ensure outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
• Monitor dining room and bar flow to ensure smooth service and address issues promptly.
• Train and develop staff to enhance skills and teamwork.
• Collaborate with culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory and costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Build relationships with guests and address concerns for a positive dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
