Riot Hospitality Group in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row Gilbert and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will oversee service standards, schedule staff, manage reservations, and monitor costs to optimize profitability.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of upscale dining management, with Current Food Manager and Alcohol Certifications, and strong communication and teamwork skills within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining establishment.
• Current Food Manager and Alcohol Certification.
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and other business software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house activities to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback and addressing issues.
• Train, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff to adhere to service standards and procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and assigning shifts for FOH personnel, balancing workload.
• Manage reservations and seating to maximize capacity and guest flow.
• Monitor and control restaurant costs by minimizing waste and conducting inventories.
• Contribute to marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in food handling and sanitation.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns or complaints regarding service or food quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
• Adhere to brand policies and standards and work as a team.
