Qualifications include 5+ years in GM leadership within full-service/casual dining, beverage program knowledge, strong P&L expertise, and a mentoring mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant General Manager leadership.
• Current experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts.
• Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs.
• Full knowledge of P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost control.
• Experience with training and mentoring.
• Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities.
• Servant and hands-on leadership style.
