Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background and drug screening.
• Wheelchair Safety Training by Towne Park required.
• If providing valet or shuttle services, may be additional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
• Open doors for guests and assist with transportation to off-site locations.
• Maintain pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and staff.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and amenities information.
• Deliver messages and guest amenities as requested.
