Job summary

Black Desert Resort in southern Utah seeks an experienced Bartender for Latitude Restaurant & Flo Bar, supporting indoor and poolside service. You'll craft cocktails, pour wine and beer, and deliver warm, efficient guest experiences. Join a team focused on hospitality, with opportunities to grow in mixology and luxury operations.

Part-time, year-round shifts with pay at $10.00/hour plus tips. Onsite at the resort, you’ll work evenings and weekends, with benefits including 401k match and dining

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of bartender experience in a high-volume or upscale setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage offerings.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including poolside.
• Must meet legal age and local certifications.
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Provide friendly, timely service to bar guests and poolside patrons.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of indoor and outdoor bars.
• Uphold garnish preparation and standard recipes for consistency.
• Assist with private events and resort functions.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen for seamless service.
• Attend orientations and trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
