French Lick Resort in southern Indiana seeks a friendly, attentive bartender/waitstaff to deliver exemplary service at the bar and dining outlets. You will mix cocktails, take orders, handle cash, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while upholding safety and grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Must present excellent communication skills.
• Able to write routine correspondence and speak to the public effectively.
• Must meet grooming standards.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provides attentive and friendly service to customers.
• Takes orders from customers, bar waiter/waitress, and service personnel.
• Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serves wine and beer, balances cash till and POS sales.
• Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies; ensures display is attractive.
• Replenishes bar snacks and prepares garnishes for drinks.
• Monitors alcohol consumption by guests.
