Prime Group at the Courtyard by Marriott Faro Blanco Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a bartender. You will craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards, keep the bar stocked, and greet guests with warmth.

You will process orders on the Toast POS, handle cash, and ensure responsible service. The role requires 1+ year of bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails, and the ability to obtain TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year bartending experience in hotel or resort setting.
• Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, beer and wine.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and use Toast POS.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Florida and obtain certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and serve drinks with speed, accuracy, and polish.
• Craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to standards.
• Recommend drinks, pairings, and upsell food and upgrades.
• Check IDs and practice responsible service per Florida law.
• Process orders and payments on Toast POS; handle cash with care.
• Set up, stock, and close the bar; manage inventory and rotation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary bar and work with restaurant teams to keep service flowing.
• Address guest concerns promptly or escalate to a manager.
