IPP - Independent Pet Partners is hiring a Groomer to provide upscale pet grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming, and specialty care. You will engage with pet parents, educate on products, and ensure pet wellness while maintaining a high standard of care.

The role requires 6 months of grooming experience, a passion for pet well-being, and availability for evenings/ weekends. Join a company focused on quality care and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional pet grooming experience.
• Grooming certification preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of breed standard grooms.

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, blow drying, de-matting, trimming hair, gland expression, and nail care.
• Conduct pet check-in/out with attention to pet and parent.
• Alert pet parent to any anomalies and provide product education.
• Engage with pet parents and pets, promote services and products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming area.
• Rebook clients to promote continued pet wellness.
