Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete superior grooms including bathing, brushing, blow drying, and trimming.
• Conduct pet check-in/check-out with pet parents.
• Educate pet parents about products and services.
• Offer enhancements to meet pet and parent needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Engage with customers via multiple communication channels.
• Encourage repeat business through proactive care.
