IPP - Independent Pet Partners in Minnesota seeks an experienced Groomer to provide upscale grooming services for dogs, including bathing, brushing, and trimming, while ensuring pet comfort and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional grooming experience.
• Grooming certification preferred.
• Passion for dog grooming and well-being of pets.

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services: bathing, brushing, blow drying, de-matting, trimming hair/fur, nail clipping, and other specialty services.
• Manage hands-on check-in/check-out for each pet and pet parent.
• Identify health or care concerns and alert the pet parent.
• Educate pet parents on grooming products and services.
• Offer enhancements to meet pet-specific needs and support business growth.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety standards.
