Job summary

IPP - Independent Pet Partners is seeking a dedicated Groomer to provide upscale grooming services such as bathing, brushing, and trimming for a variety of dog breeds. You will welcome pet parents, perform hands-on grooming, and ensure a premium salon experience in a friendly, pet-loving environment.

The role requires 6+ months of grooming experience, the ability to work evenings/weekends, and a willingness to learn about our products and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of professional grooming experience.
• Willingness to be educated about products and services.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Grooming certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and related care.
• Check-in/out pets with pet parents and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Educate pet parents and share product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and proper sanitation.
• Rebook clients to promote ongoing pet wellness.
• Handle customer interactions in person, via email, text, and phone.
