Del Frisco's Grille Rockefeller Center in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic leadership team. This fast-paced upscale restaurant features a lively bar, award-winning wine list, and a vibrant dining room.

The role drives guest service excellence, oversees staffing and scheduling, and partners with the General Manager to control costs and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of senior level management experience in upscale dining.
• Extensive front-of-house knowledge and financial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standards to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, and labor.
• Assist GM with invoices, reporting, and payroll-related duties.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance.
• Ensure positive guest service and resolve complaints to turn guests into return customers.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and planning while ensuring high-quality food and service.
• Provide direction and develop employees with ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
