Job summary

Lombardi Family Concepts is seeking Hosts who are passionate about hospitality and can provide the first warm welcome guests experience. You will greet guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure a seamless dining room flow.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, maintains a polished appearance, and communicates guest needs promptly to the manager on duty. OpenTable experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 years of host experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant.
• Possess a polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Are comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Have OpenTable experience (preferred but not required).
• Excel at multitasking and staying organized under pressure.
• Genuinely love connecting with people and bringing positive energy to every shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using Open Table reservation system.
• Oversee the flow of the dining room and coordinate seating with efficiency and care.
• Communicate guests needs or issues with the manager on duty promptly.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
