Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or guest-service experience is preferred.
• Experience in an upscale casual or fine-dining restaurant is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-relations skills.
• Warm, polished, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Guide guests through the menu, daily specials, wine list, cocktails, and other beverage offerings.
• Enter orders into the POS system and confirm details before submission.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, runners, and team members to ensure timely service.
• Maintain tables according to standards and reset as needed.
• Present checks and process payments according to procedures.
• Support fellow servers and front-of-house staff during busy periods.
