Qualifications

• Previous upscale hotel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures dishes are sanitized and available as needed.
• Washes dishes, glassware, and utensils using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition.
• Stocks supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, etc.
• Reports all safety incidents to the on-duty supervisor.
