Qualifications

• Previous upscale hotel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize and stock dishes, glassware, and utensils for service and service areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment; assist with storage and organization of kitchen items.
• Polish silver and copper and assist in inventory of china, glassware, and silverware.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen work areas and storage spaces.
• Assist in maintaining resort standards and provide exceptional guest service.
• Attend department meetings and adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
