Responsibilities

• HVAC Operations – Install, service, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems across property.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs – Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and control issues.
• Preventive Maintenance – Schedule and perform system maintenance and inspections.
• Service Response & Guest Support – Respond quickly to service calls and prioritize urgent repairs.
• Compliance, Inventory & Documentation – Follow safety standards and manage refrigerant handling and paperwork.
