Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required; upscale hotel/lounge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills, able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide attentive, friendly, professional service.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktail menu, wine list, and beer selections.
• Take orders, process payments, manage a personal cash bank.
• Set up, restock, and maintain bar inventory and supplies.
• Keep bar, lounge, and service areas clean and sanitized.
• Check guest IDs and follow alcohol service laws.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and management for smooth service.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
