• Previous bartending experience required; hotel or upscale lounge experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests
• Maintain full knowledge of the cocktail menu, wine list, and beer selections
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, process payments, and manage a personal cash bank
• Set up, restock, and maintain bar inventory, garnishes, tools, and supplies
• Ensure the bar, lounge, and service areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards
• Check guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws and hotel policies
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the bar for the next shift
