As a Host at Polo Pony, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, setting the tone for refined service and gracious hospitality.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask gracefully and maintain composure under pressure.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and polished first impression for every guest, offering personalized greetings and farewells.
Manage reservations and walk‑in traffic with precision, balancing guest expectations and service flow.
Maintain an organized and elegant host stand, ensuring cleanliness and visual appeal.
Communicate effectively with the service team to optimize seating and guest transitions.
Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests with discretion and care.
Uphold Polo Pony’s standards of hospitality, presentation, and guest engagement at all times.
Assist with coat check, private dining coordination, and special event seating as needed.
