Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the restaurant and thank guests leaving.
• Manage reservation system and seating priorities.
• Seat guests promptly and accommodate walk-ins when possible.
• Communicate delays or waits clearly to guests.
• Maintain an organized front-of-house area and clean stand.
• Support team and collaborate with service staff.
• Escalate guest issues to management as needed.
