Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of host and/or restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering the restaurant and thank all guests leaving the restaurant.
• Manage reservation system and prioritize seating.
• Maintain an organized floor and seating according to standards.
• Communicate with guests about delays or waits clearly and politely.
• Support team to ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after service.
