Blu Prime Steakhouse in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Fine Dining Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a refined setting. You will guide guests through curated menu selections, provide attentive service, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless dining experiences.

The role requires minimum 2 years in fine dining, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tables in a fast-paced atmosphere. Evening shifts and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience.
• Ability to commute to 1818 N. Loop 1604 West San Antonio, TX 78248.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros.
• Shift availability for afternoon/night; week-nights highly preferred.
• Spanish and English language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Join our Locally Owned, upscale dining team as aFine Dining Serverwhere your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will create exceptional guest experiences. In this refined, fast-paced environment, you’ll report to our General Manager while delivering personalized service, guide guests through curated menu selections, and ensure every visit is memorable.This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in excellence, thrive under pressure, and are eager to grow within a high-end culinary setting.Scheduling:Full Time: 30-40 hours per weekAll Servers are scheduled 5-6 hour shifts throughout our Hours of Operation based on their availability.Hours of Operation:4:00PM-10:00PM Monday-Thursday4:00PM-11:00PM Friday and Saturday

Server Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to every guest.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service while following all Steps of Service.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros.
• Demonstrate in-depth menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, chef features, and wine/cocktail pairings.
• Make thoughtful recommendations for food, wine, cocktails, and desserts to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages with precision while maintaining fine dining presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and create memorable hospitality moments.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure smooth, seamless service.
• Maintain clean, organized sections and reset tables efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards consistently.
• Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
