Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Terrain Event Server to support dining room, patio, and ceremony areas, move tables and chairs during transitions, and deliver polished guest service during appetizers and meals at high-end events.

The role requires reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and 8–10 hour shifts on weekends and holidays. Previous food service or upscale hospitality experience is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in upscale settings preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods outdoors.
• Ability to assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Weekend availability and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room, patio/bar, and ceremony areas.
• Move tables and chairs during transitions and breakdown.
• Provide warm, polished guest service during appetizers and meals.
• Know menu offerings and seating arrangements for service.
• Bus and clear glasses, dishes, and trash from event tables.
• Refill and restock food and beverage displays.
• Dry, polish, and store equipment used during events.
• Maintain clean, organized service stations.
• Represent the Terrain brand professionally.
