Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking Terrain Event Servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences at upscale weddings, galas, and large-scale private events. You will assist in dining room setup, service during appetizers and entrée service, and maintain clean, organized stations throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, are reliable, and able to work weekends and holidays. This role offers growth within URBN brands and access to employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale hospitality, catering, fine dining, weddings or banquet service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event setting and deliver polished service.
• Strong teamwork and guest-relations focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup of dining room, patio/bar, and ceremony/garden areas.
• Execute moving tables and chairs during transitions and breakdowns.
• Provide warm, polished guest service during appetizers, wine service, and buffet or plated meals.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and seating for efficient food running.
• Bus and clear tables; manage dishware and waste from event tables.
• Restock and transition displays; keep stations clean and organized.
• Represent the Terrain brand with professionalism at all times.
