Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking energetic staff for Terrain Event Server roles. You will support setting up dining and ceremony spaces, move furniture, and provide polished guest service during all service moments at upscale events.

You will need flexibility for weekends/holidays, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with formal event moments. Competitive benefits provided for full-time employees across URBN brands.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.
• Weekend and holiday availability; min 3 shifts/month during peak season.
• Weekly recurring availability; typical shift 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
• Flexible, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
• Comfortable with formal event moments (speeches, dances, etc.).
• Experience in upscale hospitality, catering, fine dining, weddings or banquet service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room, patio/bar, and ceremony/garden areas.
• Move tables and chairs during transitions and breakdown for events.
• Provide warm, polished guest service during appetizers, tableside wine, and meals.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and service flow.
• Bus glasses, dishes, silverware, and trash from all event tables to the kitchen.
• Restock and transition all stationary food and beverage displays as needed.
• Dry, polish, and store equipment used during events.
• Maintain clean and organized service stations.
• Represent the Terrain brand with professionalism at all times.
