Job summary

Terrain Event Servers are at the heart of each event, delivering exceptional service from ceremony to final toast. This fast-paced, team-focused role suits hospitality pros who love creating memorable moments and thrive in an elevated service environment.

Responsibilities include setting up dining spaces, moving furniture, delivering polished guest service, and ensuring smooth food running and clean stations.

Qualifications

• Transportation: Reliable transportation required.
• Physical: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/move 8–10 hours; indoor/outdoor work.
• Availability: Weekend availability; some holidays; min 3 shifts/month during peak season (April–December).
• Scheduling: Weekly recurring availability; typical shift 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room, patio/bar, ceremony/garden areas.
• Move tables and chairs during transitions and breakdowns.
• Provide warm, polished guest service during appetizers, wine service, and meals.
• Know menu offerings, seating, and tables for food running.
• Bus tables, clears dishes, and maintains cleanliness at service stations.
• Restock and transition food/beverage displays as needed.
• Dry and store equipment used during events.
• Represent the Terrain brand professionally at all times.
