Bastion Events seeks professional Event Bartenders to join our Houston team for luxury private events, weddings, and corporate gatherings. You will craft cocktails, pour wines and beers, and deliver exceptional hospitality across the Greater Houston area, including Soleil and Bar Moon venues.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of bartending experience in upscale settings, strong cocktail knowledge, and a polished, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience.
• Experience in upscale restaurants, luxury catering, hotels, private events, or fine dining environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Polished, professional service in a high-end event setting.
• Team-oriented with excellent guest service and communication.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation; travel across Greater Houston Area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with hospitality and guest service.
• Accurately execute beverage menus, including specialty cocktails, wine selections, and custom offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area throughout each event.
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
• Provide attentive, personalized service and anticipate guest needs.
• Work with event managers, servers, culinary teams, and fellow bartenders for a seamless guest experience.
• Represent the Bastion Events brand with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
