Job summary

Lutheran Living Services’ Harwood Place in Wauwatosa, WI is seeking a part-time Server for our upscale dining room. You will take orders, serve meals, clear and clean dishes, and maintain a pristine dining environment.

Ideal candidates show enthusiasm, excellent customer service, and reliable attendance. Leadership duties include guiding the serving team and mentoring new servers. Shifts are 4:00 PM–7:30 PM, including every other weekend and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or dining room preferred.
• Part-time availability and weekend/holiday presence required.
• Ability to take orders and serve in upscale dining.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and serve meals.
• Clear and clean dishes; maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting dining room.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed to keep dining area tidy.
• Lead and train new servers as needed.
