Job summary

Aqimero, by Richard Sandoval Hospitality, Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Server to contribute to an exceptional dining experience. You will enhance guest satisfaction and work to uphold RS hospitality standards across service.

Responsibilities include serving tables, processing orders on a computer, and maintaining cleanliness. Requires 3 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to upsell food and beverages in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Basic mathematical skills with the ability to make change.
• Reading and writing proficiency.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• State health and alcohol compliance cards (if applicable).
• Ability to suggestively sell food and beverage items.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pass the Responsible Service of Alcohol test.
• Serve a set number of tables as directed by management.
• Possess knowledge of RSR Restaurant’s food and beverage offerings.
• Sell alcohol and food items professionally.
• Use a computer to process orders.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Complete side-work and maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Check IDs for legal drinking age.
• Monitor guest behavior, tally drinks, and offer taxi if needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
• Present yourself in neat uniform and well-groomed appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
