Job summary

The One Group in Chicago is seeking a Server to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a vibrant, upscale setting. You will welcome guests, provide menu guidance, and help guests select wine and cocktails to complement their meals.

As a tipped, full-time server, you will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate presentation, and handling payments while maintaining a warm, guest-first atmosphere. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Experience serving in high-volume, upscale dining settings.
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with correct presentation and accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist team members to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned by management.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the shift.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and thank guests, inviting them to return.
