Job summary

The Savoy, located in downtown Kansas City, is part of Avion Hospitality, known for exceptional hospitality and elevated American cuisine. We are seeking a Server Assistant to support the restaurant team and help deliver a memorable dining experience.

You will assist servers, maintain dining room cleanliness, and help with food and beverage service during fast-paced shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and work areas.
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed.
• Polish and stock glassware, silverware, and other service items.
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties.
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
• Support servers during busy service periods to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with banquet and private dining events when needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests at all times.
