Job summary

Yardbird Chicago is seeking a server assistant to help the service team in a fast-paced, upscale setting. You will support the server by attending to guests' needs, maintaining water service, and resetting tables quickly while upholding Southern hospitality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional attitude and courteous demeanor.
• Keep service stations tidy and perform side work as needed.
• Follow proper service procedures and communications with the team.
• Assist neighboring teammates with service throughout the dining shift.
• Ensure tables are reset quickly after guest departure.
• Support front door staff and maintain guest satisfaction signals.
• Communicate in English clearly, written and verbal.
