The Marcus Corporation’s Mason Street Grill in Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated team member to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, upscale setting. You will assist servers, maintain a polished dining room, and support food and beverage service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are most important.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by promptly setting and resetting tables, pouring water, clearing dishes, and assisting servers to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room by clearing, sanitizing, and preparing tables and service stations throughout each shift.
• Support food and beverage service by transporting dishes, bread, beverages, and other items between the kitchen and dining room efficiently and accurately.
• Anticipate guest and team needs by refilling water, assisting with table maintenance, and providing attentive support in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, hosts, and culinary team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
