Mason Street Grill at Pfister in Milwaukee seeks a part-time, hourly team member to deliver exceptional guest service in an upscale dining setting. You will help set and reset tables, pour water, clear dishes, and assist servers while maintaining a clean, polished dining room.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are most important.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by setting and resetting tables, pouring water, and assisting servers.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and service stations throughout each shift.
• Transport dishes, bread, beverages, and items between kitchen and dining room.
• Anticipate guest and team needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, hosts, and culinary team to ensure smooth operations.
