Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht Club in Northeast Florida is seeking a professional cook to lead high-end kitchen operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will prepare and plate dishes to exact standard recipes, maintain quality, and supervise line cooks to ensure consistency and speed during service.

The ideal candidate has two+ years of upscale dining experience, training from a recognized culinary program, and knowledge of sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent with ability to communicate in English.
• Two+ years cooking experience in upscale settings with post secondary culinary training.
• Knowledge of Food Service Sanitation Standards and proper kitchen equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate food to approved standard recipes and quality criteria.
• Maintain timely service and supervise line cooks for consistency.
• Follow safety, sanitation standards and maintain clean work areas.
• Attend required trainings and participate in team-based service.
