Qualifications

• High school graduate, ability to read, speak and follow written and verbal directions in English.
• Experience with hot and cold food prep. 2+ years experience in a culinary operation.
• Past experience on cooking a hot line.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual at all times.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Arrive to work on time, consistently.
• Maintain proper uniform, clean and in good repair.
• Ensure area is clean and organized; restock as needed.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow MSDS guidelines.
• Cook orders promptly with high-quality products.
• Assist with safety rules and proper equipment use.
• Provide courteous service to members and avoid complaints.
