The Ned’s Club DC is seeking a Cocktail Server for The Drawing Room, a refined venue within our private members’ club. You will be the friendly face delivering swift, polished service reflecting Ned’s Club standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cocktail or upscale service experience.
• Experience in high-volume upscale lounge, restaurant, nightlife, or outdoor terrace environments.
• Familiarity with Micros POS systems.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Availability to work evening and late-night hours including weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, anticipatory service to members and guests across The Drawing Room, Library, and Cocktail Terrace.
• Execute efficient and polished cocktail service in refined lounge and high-energy environments.
• Prepare and maintain your section before, during, and after service to ensure smooth flow.
• Guide guests through cocktail offerings, upsell premium selections, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders using the Micros POS system.
• Maintain presentation standards and ambiance specific to each venue.
• Support team members and bar staff in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
• Respond to member and guest needs with urgency, professionalism, and discretion.
• Maintain awareness of house events, performances, and offerings to enhance the guest experience.
