Job summary

LAMUSE d’OR at Kaiya Beach Resort in Inlet Beach, Florida, seeks knowledgeable Servers to join our opening team and deliver polished service with warmth and confidence. As a Server, you will guide guests through their dining experience, describe dishes and wine, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and ensure timely service while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving experience; upscale or fine-dining preferred.
• Confident food and wine knowledge; eagerness to learn the complete menu.
• Clear communication and ability to coordinate several tables while remaining calm.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, review notes and allergies before taking orders.
• Describe dishes, ingredients, sourcing, and wine recommendations.
• Take and enter all orders in the POS with seat numbers and modifications.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timing and accuracy of orders.
• Provide wine service including decanting and tastings.
• Lead coordinated food delivery and check guest satisfaction.
• Assist with table prep, clearing, and service flow with assistants and runners.
• Address concerns and involve a manager when needed.
• Process payments and thank guests at departure.
• Complete opening/closing duties and participate in trainings.
