Job summary

The Hillsboro Club is seeking an experienced Restaurant Server to support the F&B Department at our oceanfront private residence club in South Florida. The seasonal position offers both part-time and full-time schedules, with morning and evening shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Two years of wait service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Ability to time the service of each course.
• Greet and acknowledge members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to club members and their guests.
• Set up workstation and perform prep work.
• Attend to members upon seating and ensure guest safety.
• Distribute menus and answer questions about menus and wines.
• Assist with billing accuracy and handle cash/credit transactions as prescribed.
