The Hillsboro Club Inc. in South Florida is seeking a Server Assistant to support the F&B Department at our luxury oceanfront property.

This seasonal, full-time hourly role requires mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure a seamless dining experience for club members and their guests. Join a private residence club founded in 1925 that values outstanding service, teamwork, and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior hospitality/restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with service staff to ensure efficient and accurate meal service.
• Greet and seat guests, assist with menu recommendations and drink orders.
• Assist servers with food delivery and removal of dirty dishes.
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage refills as needed.
• Keep dining area clean and organized during service.
• Assist with side work and closing duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and provide exceptional service.
