The Hillsboro Club, an exclusive oceanfront private residence club in South Florida, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable, HR, and Payroll Admin to support the Finance and Human Resources Department at our Hillsboro Beach property.

This full-time, hourly position offers a schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with pay between $25.00 and $27.85 per hour and biweekly payroll. Health insurance and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred or two years accounts payable experience.
• Must have PC computer skills in Windows.

Responsabilités

• Collects and files invoices.
• Audits vendor invoices; ensures approval for payment.
• Posts invoices to proper accounts and records daily cash deposits.
• Prepares weekly cash flow and purchasing reports; reconciles vendor statements.
• Prepares payroll, tax returns, and related journal entries; deposits and garnishments as needed.
