Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication and the ability to work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Basic food and beverage knowledge, including menu familiarity, safe food handling practices, and the ability to learn club offerings quickly.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple tables, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Dependability and professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to dress code and grooming standards, and respect for club policies.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays or plates, and move safely around dining and event areas.
• Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or club service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by club operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve items accurately and promptly.
• Set up and break down service areas, maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and stations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff; handle guest inquiries and requests.
• Process payments in accordance with club procedures.
• Support private events and banquets as needed, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
