Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to obtain and maintain alcohol service certifications.
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for guest service and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional table service throughout the restaurant, patio, bowling lanes, VIP bowling, Krazy Darts bays, event spaces, sports viewing areas, and meeting rooms.
• Develop expert knowledge of the food menu, beverage menu, seasonal features, allergy information, and child's menu while maintaining a working knowledge of birthday parties, memberships, sports, fitness, and facility offerings.
• Recommend appetizers, desserts, cocktails, signature entrees, promotions, memberships, and current features in a hospitality-focused manner.
• Anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience and resolve simple guest concerns before involving leadership when appropriate.
• Process guest payments accurately, including split checks, gift cards, and approved payment methods.
• Maintain assigned side stations by stocking supplies, rolling silverware, polishing glassware, maintaining beverage stations, and completing opening and closing side work.
• Cross-train with Hosts, Food Runners, and Bussers while answering basic facility questions and supporting operations as business needs require.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bartenders, hosts, food runners, bussers, and leadership to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready service area throughout every shift.
• Complete additional operational duties as assigned.
