Job summary

Renaissance New York Flushing Hotel is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to service our Club Lounge guests during complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails. The ideal candidate will communicate well, maintain cleanliness, and provide attentive, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexibility for AM and PM shifts, 18+ to serve alcohol, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior bartending experience is a plus, and familiarity with PMS/Ving systems is beneficial.

Qualifications

• NYC Food Handler's Certification may be required.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve and pour alcohol in New York; bartending experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage guests in a hotel setting.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 50 lbs.).
• High standards of cleanliness and professionalism in a busy lounge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patrons and customers as they arrive.
• Serve drinks and present food offerings.
• Process sales through point of sale system as needed.
• Deliver food items to lounge guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and equipment.
• Stock condiments and servicing supplies; set tables and decorations as needed.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and clear communication with guests.
