Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Must be available to work days, evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and service areas.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and properly.
• Assist with putting away clean dishes, cookware, and supplies.
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain clean trash areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and other tasks as needed.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and team-oriented attitude.
• Help ensure the kitchen meets the high cleanliness and presentation standards expected at an upscale country club.
